Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at liftculture09@gmail.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
